We have something of a history of playing cricket computer games, but surely we can’t be the only person in the world who knows the value of having Graeme Hick and Graham Thorpe opening the bowling in a World Cup match.

  3. Brilliant article. It needs to be left for a while to build up a few more comments, though. The ones it’s got are from people who seem to have actually read it and understood the point (except for the chap who says you’re mad for having NZ as favourites – I mean, what were you thinking).

    Suffering idiotic run-outs, then getting revenge by bowling the other side out for 0 with non-spinning slow bowlers. I always tried to play it properly, but almost inevitably got pissed off with it and ended up cheating.
